Herb Oil

Combine your herbs and oil in a blender and blend on high until it forms a sludge. Heat the oil and herb mixture over medium heat and bring to a simmer or until it reaches 60°C. Remove from the heat and cool down in an ice bath to preserve the colour. Once cooled to room temperature, pour the mixture through a strainer lined with a coffee filter or cheesecloth. Store in a squeeze bottle or air tight container, in the fridge. Lasts about 1-2 weeks in the fridge.
